ADVANTAGE CDHC options are offered as flexible and affordable products with features that give employees the ability to choose how their health care dollars are spent. Consumer driven health plans combine comprehensive benefits with a wellness program and preventive services at a minimum copayment expense.
HRA Plan Features:
- Combines a high deductible plan with a health reimbursement account (HRA)
- Members can enroll in the Mountain of Wellness program
- Employers choose HRA funding options and benefit designs
HSA Plan Features:
Combines a qualified high deductible health plan with a health savings account (HSA)
