Midwest Behavioral Health is the triage/case manager for the behavioral health component of ADVANTAGE Preferred Plus. Before making an appointment, please contact Midwest Behavioral Health at 1-888-525-2929 (toll free). TTY/TDD users dial 711.

Participating Behavioral Health Providers include Psychiatrists, Psychologists, outpatient facilities as well as Psychiatric Hospitals. You also have access to social workers practicing with a psychiatrist or psychologist, of the outpatient facilities or psychiatric hospitals listed in the provider directory. All mental health services require prior authorization. Please refer to the Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage for further information and directions.

A representative of Midwest Behavioral health will assist you in making a decision about what type of behavioral health practitioner is right for you.
