ADVANTAGE Preferred Plus is offered by ADVANTAGE Health Solutions, Inc., a Medicare ADVANTAGE Preferred Provider Organization contracted with Medicare operating in approved counties in Indiana.

ADVANTAGE Preferred Plus administers your Medicare benefits and provides additional benefits. We are proud of our provider partnerships on a local level - providing our members with the health care products and options they need for the kind of coverage that works for them.

ADVANTAGE Preferred Plus or Medicare may choose to discontinue their contract at any time. If this were to happen, members would be notified at least 60 days in advance, and given the opportunity to move to another plan that serves their county.
