Wards of the Court and Foster Children
July 1, 2008, the State of Indiana began enrolling wards of the court and foster
children into the Indiana Care Select Program. Each member has a Disease Manager.
A Disease Manager works with you to help your child stay well and get the services
they need.
Call your child’s Advantage Care Select Disease Manager if you need help
with:

- » Finding a PMP
- » Finding help in your community
- » Keeping your child healthy
- » Information about a problem or illness
