Care Select Care Management Organizations (CMOs) must create an annual quality work plan. This must show the plan’s goals for the year and when the goals will be done. The CMO must provide updates on how the CMO is doing four times a year. Summaries of our plans are available on this website.

Each quarter, the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning withholds a portion of ADVANTAGE Care Select’s payments. ADVANTAGE earns these funds back through its performance. In compliance with the terms of the Care Select contract, ADVANTAGE must reinvest 75% of the quarterly payout in our providers and members.
