Provider Training
Outreach Services is a state program of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration,
Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services that works collaboratively with
adults and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD), advocates,
families, providers, and state agencies. Outreach Services works to grow the capacity
of the community by providing training, technical assistance, consultation and service
provision to improve the quality of life and support of individuals with intellectual
and developmental disabilities, their families, service providers and case managers.
Outreach has staff with expertise in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities
in the areas of medical, psychiatric, dental, nursing, behavior, occupational therapy,
physical therapy, speech therapy, nutrition, adaptive equipment repair, and functional
life activity.
