ADVANTAGE Care Select is committed to serving those who need us most. Our staff understands that each person has their own health care needs and our care management services are designed to help you get and stay healthy. Here are some answers to questions you may have about your coverage with ADVANTAGE Care Select.

Q: How do I choose my primary medical provider (PMP)?
A: Click on "Find A Doctor" at the top of the screen. You can also choose a PMP from our Provider Directory. Or you can call Member Services at 1-800-784-3981 for help.

Q: Where do I find out what my benefits are?
A: Click on the Member Handbook link to learn more about your benefits.

Q: What if I need a ride to my doctor appointment?
A: You can ride with any Medicaid transportation provider.

Q: How do I call the Nurse Line?
A: Call 1-800-244-1896.

Q: How do I know if I should go to the ER?
A: View the PDF files below to find out when to go to the doctor, urgent care, or the ER.
