As an ADVANTAGE member all of your medical benefits (except for emergency services, urgently needed services and some specific preventive services) are provided and arranged by your Primary Care Physician (PCP), a personal physician you choose from our directories.

We strongly suggest that you review your certificate of coverage outlining details of your covered services, restrictions or limitations and exclusions.
