Wellness Within is an outline of common practices developed by ADVANTAGE to provide its employer groups with a template on up-to-date health promotion techniques. This model includes disciplines related to health & wellness with emphasis on financial compensation, personal goal setting and internal programs relating to current overall health status of the group. Wellness Within coincides with the Mountain of Wellness program, in which it highlights methods to boost participation in the program. Aggregate group reporting will also be available for employers.
We will be bringing our employer groups more information on Wellness Within in the near future. ADVANTAGE is working diligently to provide the Mountain of Wellness to all of our members. At that point in time, we welcome our employers to contact the Wellness Department at ADVANTAGE for more details on providing your employees with the Wellness Within.
